OÜ Nõo Lihatööstus is a family-owned company that has worked for decades
following three main principles:
All of our products
1. are made from the highest quality raw materials;
2. do not contain anything that we would not use when preparing food for our family;
3. are made to be healthy.

We work with a number of research and development institutions, Europe’s leading
package seasoning manufacturers, groups of students, top chefs as well as nutrition
experts to constantly lead the market trends.

Over 400 different products are produced every week – raw meat,
minced meat products, wieners and sausages, hams and rolls,
snacks, various seasonal products and much more.

Interests

Nõo’s mission is to be the leader in food culture development among Baltic food producers. We have taken a clear direction to bring healthy and restaurant grade alternatives to the usual products on the consumer’s table. In many of our recipes, we have switched to sea salt and reduced the overall salt, sugar and fat content. We consider it important to use only real meat in production and to avoid bone and chicken meat mass. Adherence to this principle has made our products healthy due to their high meat and therefore protein content. To create great flavors, we work with the best in the field.

innovative meat factory that is based on local capital.

Over 400 different products are produced every week – raw meat,
minced meat products, wieners and sausages, hams and rolls,
snacks, various seasonal products and much more.

More than 700 tons of meat products are produced per month.

20% of our products are exported to the European Union countries.
